Benefits of using SafeSend Organizers™:

  • Receive your tax organizer electronically and securely
  • Sign your engagement letter electronically
  • Upload your documents using the camera on  your mobile phone or tablet, or upload files from your computer.
  • Send directly and efficiently to your accountant as soon as you have completed your organizer

How Does the SafeSend Organizers™ Process Work?

  1. You’ll receive an email from noreply@safesend.com. Please add these email addresses to your safe senders list.
  2. Harris CPAs will be indicated in the email.
  3. This email will contain a safe link for you to access your tax organizer.
  4. You’ll be prompted to enter the last four digits of your SSN in order to review your organizer.
  5. Then, SafeSend will email you an access code to further verify your identity. Check your spam or junk folders if you don’t see it in your inbox. You must enter the code within 10 minutes of receipt. If the code isn’t entered within 10 minutes, you can request another.
  6. Upload your documents to the corresponding section of your organizer using the camera on your mobile phone or tablet, or upload files directly from your desktop.
  7. When you are ready to submit your organizer, Harris CPAs will be automatically notified and will add you to the que for tax return preparation.
  8. If additional tax documents come in after submitting your organizer, you will still have the ability to upload them with the rest of your documents.
