Charlotte Barrett, CPA

Tax Manager

Charlotte’s motivation and energy make her a quick study and a great partner to Harris clients. She found her passion for accounting while serving on the executive team of a Wyoming property management start-up and experienced first-hand the value of a CPA’s guidance to the company’s growth and success. Her dad is also a CPA and she always admired the trust he instilled in clients; she strives to inspire the same in her professional relationships by immersing herself in each client’s mission and goals. In addition to her role as Director of a property management company, Charlotte has worked as a bookkeeper for a residential home building company as well as an accounting intern at a large real estate investment firm. At Harris, she’s been able to channel these unique experiences and focuses on tax services for clients in the real estate and construction industries.

Originally from Connecticut, Charlotte made her way across the country after college and spent several years in Wyoming and the Boise area before moving back to the East Coast to be closer to family in New Hampshire, where she now works remotely for Harris. Her love of backpacking has taken her to many incredibly beautiful and remote spots, her favorite being a high mountain lake in Wyoming’s Wind River Range—if you meet her, you’ll have to ask where it is. She loves hiking, skiing, trail running, and any excuse to get outside with her husband, Sam, and their dog Beau. Charlotte also enjoys reading and listening to podcasts and is always on the lookout for recommendations.
