With more than a decade of experience in customer service, Trichelle’s positive attitude and outstanding front office management skills are adored by clients and staff members alike. Her reputation for productivity and improving workflow processes has been recognized by each of her past employers, having earned her Employee of the Month at Adventist Health and Employee of the Year at Summerville Union High School Classified School District. With her people-centric personality and ability to tackle even the most complex challenges in her path, Trishelle is a constant beacon of light for all those visiting the Twin Falls office.

Trichelle was born and raised in Watsonville, California, and now resides in Twin Falls, Idaho. When she isn’t reading or cheering on the San Jose Sharks, she is most often found spending time with her husband, four children, and her five grandchildren.
