Michael Germone, CPA

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Michael specializes in providing federal, state and international tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. After earning his BS in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis, Michael began his career with Deloitte in the San Francisco office. There, he spent nine years before becoming a Director of US Reporting and Compliance at Flextronics International for five years in Denver. He relocated to Twin Falls to join Ataraxis Accounting, becoming a Director in 2018, before joining the Harris team in 2021. As a CPA, Michael applies his prestigious background and love of problem-solving to help his clients best utilize their tax situation for growth, efficiency, and ultimately, sustainability. While he currently serves a multitude of clients, Michael has a strong background working with large multi-national corporations with multiple state filings and international filings, in addition to smaller individual and family-owned businesses.
Born in Sebastopol, CA, Michael is an avid Bay Area sports fan. In fact, he even had the pleasure of witnessing the legendary Barry Bonds hit home runs number 71 and 72 that broke the single-season record. In his spare time, Michael enjoys traveling, reading sports books, mastering his golf game, and volunteering within the community. With his wife of 11 years, Michael shares three lovely children.
