Javier (J.R.) Paredez
Staff Accountant
Having recently graduated with his bachelors in Accounting from Boise State University, J.R. is quickly building his rapport in payroll, monthly accounting, and preparing client tax returns. J.R. joined the Harris team in 2021 after spending two years as an accountant at Deagle Ames. With his unmatchable drive and inherent eye for spotting errors, J.R. can swiftly address clients’ concerns and solve even the most complex accounting errors.
J.R. enjoys staying active, and when he’s not in the office, you will likely find him playing racquetball, golf, or practicing his jiu-jitsu. In fact, he is currently working toward fulfilling his goal of receiving his black belt in jiu-jitsu within the next five years. After his adrenaline rush is satisfied, J.R. also enjoys spending time with his two daughters.
