Caylee Waco
Staff Accountant
Caylee epitomizes the Harris mantra of being more than just number crunchers. She believes that client education—helping organizations fully understand their financial processes and how to improve upon them—is key to creating stronger businesses and, therefore, more vibrant communities. As a lifelong resident of Coeur d’Alene, Caylee loves the fact that providing exceptional service directly strengthens her hometown and the region at large.
Caylee joins the team as a staff accountant, preparing tax returns and financial statements for clients. Prior to joining our firm, Caylee handled the bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparations for trusts and small businesses. She’s also a QuickBooks whiz, consulting on set-up for new organizations, training staff, and resolving issues to help businesses report and analyze their financials more easily.
Outside of Harris, Caylee is active in her community, coaching tee-ball and basketball with her husband Christian. She’s a Gongaza Bulldogs fan “forever and always!” and tries to tackle at least one bucket list item a summer—like learning to paddleboard or whitewater raft. Caylee is mom to two young children, one quite spunky and one extra spicy.
