Zach Anderson, CPA

Director

As a seasoned tax professional, Zach boasts nearly two decades of experience helping both business and individual clients with tax preparation, financial statements, and strategic tax planning. After completing his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Idaho State University, Zach went on to become a Staff Accountant at Deaton and Company before climbing the ranks to become a Tax Partner at Deagle Ames. Over his career, Zach has mastered everything from personal, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and gift tax returns, to payroll reports and financial statements. His extensive background, coupled with his passion for organization, has led him to become a Tax Director at Harris and an expert in helping his clients better understand their operations and leverage their tax situation to grow and advance their enterprise. Having grown up on an Idaho sugar beet farm, Zach works primarily with small to medium-sized businesses within the agriculture industry, including row crop farming, livestock, and ranching. As a result, his clientele ranges from small, family-owned businesses to larger enterprises with multi-state operations.

A long-time sports enthusiast, Zach played high school basketball and football and now enjoys spending time on the pickleball court and golf course. Before jumpstarting his career, Zach spent two years living in Santiago, Chile, where he picked up a significant amount of Spanish that he utilizes when working with his Spanish-speaking clients. When he’s not volunteering at the Twin Falls Kiwanis Club or the Rising Stars Therapeutic Riding Center, Zach can be found spending time with his wife of over 20 years and their six daughters.
