Rylie Paluso, CPA
Senior Accountant
Rylie Paluso has turned into an invaluable asset to our assurance team, specializing in non-profit and government accounting. She enjoys being an advocate for people and businesses in her community, and works with a diverse set of clients, including charitable organizations, churches, local city governments, and highway and library districts, as well as construction companies in the for-profit sector.
A dedicated problem solver, Rylie derives immense satisfaction from sharing her accounting expertise with clients to establish efficient internal records and controls. Her work has led to improved internal processes and streamlined accounting procedures, making a positive impact on her clients' organizations and driving them towards success in the ever-evolving financial landscape.
Rylie is as active as can be outdoors— during the summers she enjoys mountain biking, running, camping and exploring. In the winter she tries to spend as much time in McCall skiing. Rylie’s main pastime, however, is hanging out with her son Luke and husband, another CPA! Rylie and her family love their little farm with chickens and getting lost in their huge garden.
