Naturally motivated by a good challenge, Melissa has always had a love for interpreting data and finding solutions to complicated problems. After completing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Boise State University, Melissa furthered her passion for numbers and gained client service and project management experience in several industries, including finance, technology, and engineering. After joining Harris as an assurance intern in 2022, her exceptional people skills, positive attitude, and fierce attention to detail quickly led her to accept a permanent position with the Harris team.

Melissa was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. An active member in her community, she has helped implement and lead a scholarship committee at her prior organization and was named a 2018 Nominee for Young Citizen of the Year by Boise Young Professionals. When she isn’t hard at work preparing for the CPA exam, Melissa can be found tending to her extensive collection of indoor plants and spending time with her husband and their young son.
