Beginning her tax career over two decades ago, Megan specializes in tax planning and preparation with a particular knack for resolving complex accounting issues. Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Megan graduated with her BS in Business and emphasis in Accounting from San Diego State University and is currently working toward procuring her master’s degree in Accounting from Boise State University. After completing her undergrad, Megan held positions as a Staff Accountant for Cashuk, Wiseman, Goldberg, Birnbaum, and Salem (CWGBS) and Tax Supervisor for Accounting Solutions before her ten-year tenure as a Tax Manager at Coastal Tax Advisors in San Diego. She also served as the CFO for a privately held mortgage firm while completing her degree. Around the office, Megan is known as the “QuickBooks Queen” due to her considerable knowledge and experience solving challenges within the platform. She has served clients of all shapes and sizes throughout her career, ranging from dental offices, construction, engineering, start-ups, and venture capital funds. No matter the industry, Megan boasts a proven ability to think outside the box to discover new avenues to minimize her clients’ tax burden.

Native to San Diego, Megan remains an avid Chargers fan despite their move to Las Angeles. Megan’s passion is photography, and her hobby business, Megarazzi, keeps her plenty busy on weekends shooting photos for graduations, weddings, engagement parties, and family portraits. In addition, she is a proud mother of her son, Corbin, and two chihuahuas. Together, they enjoy activities such as bike riding, spending time outdoors, adventuring, and traveling.
