In her nearly two decades in public accounting, Margaret has advised and assisted businesses and high-wealth individuals with tax planning and preparation, financial statement preparation, business consulting, and bookkeeping. At Harris, Margaret specializes in tax planning, preparation, financial statement preparation and solving issues for real estate and construction companies; her clients range from small businesses to corporations with up to $50 million in annual revenue. She prides herself in applying her deep knowledge of the tax code to help her clients gain tax efficiencies. She also enjoys looking beyond the numbers to help businesses streamline operations to achieve better financial outcomes.
In her free time, Margaret likes to read, spend time with her family, and cheer on the Boise State Broncos. Her personal goals include seeing her children, ages 21 and 16, grow up to be successful, happy, and responsible adults—and she’s pretty sure they’re well on their way. She and her husband Brad have been married for 22 years.
