Harris Breakfast Series: Cash Flow Management for Contractors
Where’s the cash? This question is all too common in the construction industry, and even profitable construction companies can have cash flow problems. As construction companies continue to remain busy and competitive, monitoring the day-to-day operations often overshadows monitoring cash flow. Contractors that are about to start a significant project or a significant amount of new work are especially at risk. What is the cash flow impact of this new work? How much of an investment will the company need to make before the project(s) produce positive cash flow?
In this breakfast seminar, Josh Tyree, CPA and partner at Harris CPAs, will explain more about the cash flow cycle and best practices for optimizing cash flow. Breakfast is served at 7:30 am. The presentation will begin at 8:00 am. The deadline to register is August 19th.
